Our vinyl furniture’s coating has a softer feel, is approximately 1/8″ thick, has UV stabilizers, is antifungal, can be used outdoors and indoors, and has a high gloss shine.  Â
Commercial vinyl outdoor furniture’s Plastisol coating does not perpetuate flames - if the flame stops, the coating will not continue to burn.Â
The sturdy tubing and premium steel used in creating these products are cleaned and prepped before the coating process, ensuring a solid bond between the plastisol and the metal that won’t separate.Â
The vinyl coating is approximately 1/8‶ thick, creating a solid surface that can handle all types of weather conditions. This protection ensures that our vinyl outdoor furniture maintains its durability and beauty for a long time.
